Wow, tomorrow marks the 5th year of the Rock The Ridge 50 mile run! Over 400, hikers and runners are registered to tackle the "Kennedy Challenge". www.mountainpeakfitness.com/rock-the-ridge-50 The event is beginner friendly to the ultra distance, with the focus on giving every athlete a chance to challenge themselves at their pace over the 24 hour period.
