The Cayuga Trail 50 Mile USATF Championships is in the books! What an amazing event and a great experience to be a part of! Here are the race results, photos and videos from the day.
Check out Ben Nephew's Race Report from last weekends Cayuga Trails 50 Mile USATF Championship! It was a stacked field with some kung fu, back flips and the lambada being necessary in order to finish in the top 5.
