Here is a little video I put together from the 2014 Rock The Ridge 50 Mile Challenge. I wasn’t able this year to get deep into the course as I would have liked so I missed a lot of the amazing views the runners get to enjoy along the way. Wow, tomorrow marks the 5th year of the Rock The Ridge 50 mile run! Over 400, hikers and runners are registered to tackle the "Kennedy Challenge". www.mountainpeakfitness.com/rock-the-ridge-50 The event is beginner friendly to the ultra distance, with the focus on giving every athlete a chance to challenge themselves at their pace over the 24 hour period.
