Video: MPF RNR Team at the 2017 Cayuga Trails 50 Mile USATF Championships & Marathon

Another inspiring weekend on the trail racing scene! We were on site at the beautiful Cayuga Trails 50 Mile & Marathon in Ithaca, NY. A 50 mile USATF National Trail Championship event. Congratulations to MPF RNR team members & everyone who shared in the beauty of trails this weekend.

50 Mile

Cole Crosby, after battling year after year with issues at this event finally was able to show what he was capable of by placing 5th! Ben Nephew was 1st master and 7th overall!
Jayson Kolb ran very strong all day for 8th, Scotie Jacobs 2nd master, Kher Davis 3rd female and both Jason Friedman & Laura Rekkerth had a strong day on the trails.

Marathon

Richard Heffron is back in action and took 1st with Laura Kline 3rd female and Natalie Thompson 4th. Jay Lemos placed 6th, Mike Siudy cracked the top 10, Amy Hanlon cruised through the course and Len Huffman enjoyed his day by taking his time walking through the streams.

In other team news, Mathias Lipsey placed 15th at the Cranmore National Mountain Running Championships and Harry Hamilton won himself a golden ticket to the Leadville 100 MTB race in CO after having a great race at the Wilmington WhiteFace MTB 100K in 5:04:43. http://www.wilmingtonwhitefacemtb.com.
