You want bigger jumps between KB sizes than typical recommendations. This ensures that you take working with kettlebells seriously and practice continually on improving your form and working with a particular weight before jumping to the next.

High Density Foam Roller
This is a simple and effective foam roller that will hold up to a lot of use. You may find cheaper versions or one's that look similar but the density won't hold up well over time, eventually softening in the center, making the foam roller ineffective. Kettlebells
Lots of choices when you search the internet and sure, some are better than others. The one’s from REP Fitness are very solid and have both KG & LB markings for easy identification. These are available on Amazon and offer free shipping rates.

Stability Ball 55 & 65cm
You will use these for many of our core exercises that we prescribe, as well as balance work, mobility and strength movements.
All Purpose Exercise Bands
These are very durable bands that countless exercises can be performed with. We recommend purchasing the purple, pink, orange, yellow and blue bands.
Along with the bands, purchase a locking Carabiner, click here and 120cm (4ft) or 240 cm (8ft) webbing to wrap around a pole, beam, etc, click here.
TP 5 & 2.6 inch Massage Balls
These massage balls are dense and hold up well to a lot of pressure and use. Great for targeting specific areas of your hips, hamstrings, rhomboids, calves, feet, chest, etc. You can also use a lacrosse ball in place of the 2.6 inch massage ball.
