How to: Lie face down with arms straight out in front & in-line with your shoulders. Draw navel inwards, raise both arms & legs off the ground simultaneously while engaging your gluteals & keeping the head and neck in neutral alignment.

Compensations: Watch for dropping of your head and disengagement of your gluteals (butt muscles).
