Prone Opposite Arm Leg Extensions

How to: Face down, flat on the floor, navel drawn in, extend opposite arm & leg, keeping a straight line through the core and engaging the glute.

Compensations: Watch for over extending your lower back to perform hip extension which needs to be primary driven by your glute. Watch for rotating the spine to raise the arm and dropping of your head or tucking your chin.
