This summer has been filled with one epic journey after the next! We are so proud of the hard work, discipline and true grit of our community of athletes. Getting to the starting line in one piece, finishes, great performances and adventures should be celebrated! Awesome job to all Eastern States 100, Fat Dog 120 Trail Race, Leadville 100 MTB and anyone who toed the line this weekend or had one heck of an adventure!
2017 Manitou's Revenge by Amy Hanlon "My 5th Adventure with Manitou!"
Amy was attempting her 5th consecutive finish of the Manitou's Revenge Ultramarathon & Relay and become one of the only athletes to have successfully completed this epic adventure each year since the inaugural running in 2013. It was a fight to the end.

To celebrate our fallen soldiers and to those that are currently serving, we chose to head to the state that carries the slogan "Live Free or Die", New Hampshire. We spent time giving thanks by hiking the iconic Presidential Traverse.

Today (Sunday the 31st) was the 40th running of the Escarpment 18.6 Mile Trail Run. We had pouring rain and slick conditions, but with the hearty souls that toed the line and the volunteers the braved the conditions, the 40th running of the Escarpment Trail Race was an epic success!

My alarm sounded at 3:45 am. While I slept under 4 hours I was excited about the day of adventure that was in front of me and I jumped out of bed. The team headed out with some friends this past Sunday. We hiked the fun Seven Hills Trail in Southern Harriman State Park. The trail is about 6.5 miles point to point, and has roughly 1,500 feet of elevation gain.
