Exercise Highlight 24: Split Stance Hip to T-Spine Stretch

The Split Stance Hip to T Spine Stretch is a great stretch and mobility exercise to include within your weekly training. Take your time with the progressions. Don’t force the stretch, focus on practicing getting in and out of the positions. Breathing is fundamental to stretching and mobility work so pay close attention to your breath as you practice. You can include a little foam rolling and self massage of your quadriceps, adductors and latissimus area prior to increase the stretch response.
