This is a 7 Day Training Time Availability Form. Indicate the amount of available time you have to train for each day. Include days that you will need off for family, work, vacation, etc. and add any additional comments along with type of terrain (trails, pavement, track, etc.) that you have access to for each day below. Be sure to fill out this form on the Friday or Saturday before the upcoming week to allow proper scheduling and time to post your workouts.
