Side Lying Hip Abduction

How to: Lay on your side with hips vertical & in a straight line, legs are straight with one on top of the other. Keep your navel drawn in, raise the top leg as high as you can with no compensations such as the hips rolling back, bending your knee or leg moving forward. Hips & legs must stay in alignment.
