Medicine Ball Chop & Reach Circuit

We like to integrate the MB Chop & Reach into a warm-up, sometimes solely or with additional movement prep. This multi-planner movement is a functional way to activate the body and prepare it for the demands of the upcoming session. This movement can also be integrated into the session. Reaching to balance is one variation to this and should be tried after several sessions of practicing this movement.
