Marching (minor)

A drill to help strengthen your hip-flexors and running form. It will also condition your upper body and help free up your t-spine when the arm swing is performed correctly. Do this movement barefoot, which will help with proper foot strike. Once form deteriorates even the slightest, stop, rest and then do the next set. Progress to Marching Major when ready or instructed by your coach.

Compensations: Watch for the stance leg bending at the knee, leg must stay straight. Knee must reach belt line or above.
