Breakneck Ridge FKT by Ben Nephew!

This video is about Ben Nephews FKT (Fastest Known Time) attempt on Breakneck Ridge in the Northern Hudson area of New York, map 102 of the NY NJ Trail Conference.
The route begins from a small parking area off of 9D by Breakneck Point. It begins on the White Trail which you follow up to the ridge and continue your way to Mt. Beacon. From there you make a left onto the Red (Casino Trail) and take that all the way to the bottom, then you make your way back the way you came, as fast as possible. To watch on YouTube, click here.
