Side Lying Hip Adduction
How to: Lay on your side with hips vertical & in a straight line. Place top leg 90º at its hip & knee joint with the knee at the height of the top hip (this keeps the hips opened), place the foot on the floor. Engage your abdominals, raise the bottom leg as high as you can with no compensations such as rocking of the hip, swinging the leg forward, bending your knee or using momentum. Slowly lower the leg back down, without resting the foot on the floor, repeat.
