Seated Medicine Ball Core Rotations

How to: Sitting on the floor with knees bent, lean back keeping spine neutral and navel drawn-in. Hold a medicine ball & rotate side to side with the weight moving past chest level. Keep knees together, feet on the floor or off for increased challenge.

Compensations: Watch for knees moving apart, spine rounding, head & chin tucking or protruding forward.
